1. 探討Hippo訊息傳導路徑在發育過程中是如何調控細胞增生與分化,
以及當此訊息傳導失調所引發的致病機轉。
2. 研究組蛋白修飾酶(histone modifying enzymes)是如何參與模式生物的發育過程,
以及當此些修飾酶突變時所引發的發育缺失與人類相關疾病之致病機轉。
