實驗室介紹

1.金奈米粒子之致病原檢測應用: 金奈米粒子(gold nanoparticle) 具有特殊光學特性,其可藉化學修飾或物理吸附方式,於粒子表面接上抗體、核酸或適體 (aptamer),形成功能化之金奈米探針(gold nanoparticle probes),可應用於偵測疾病致病原或其他生醫標的分子,發展簡易、靈敏、專一之感測平台。近年實驗室便陸續結合此類金奈米探針架構於側流層析紙膜或比色分析法,發展病原偵檢技術,分別應用於慢性牙周病致病原牙齦紫質單孢菌檢測與人類多瘤BK病毒之監測。

2.應用新一代定序技術分析空氣中微生物菌相: 相對於傳統定序法(Sanger sequencing), NGS (next-generation sequencing)、nanopore 或PacBio等新一代定序之結果更具效率與全面性,先前實驗室規劃應用上述技術,分別結合高通量空氣採樣與16S全基因組(metagenomics)分析,嘗試窺探與建構空氣中微生物菌相組成。
