2023 Taiwan Kidney Health Symposium: Transforming Medication Management in Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease
2023年台灣腎臟健康研討會：轉變慢性腎臟病患者的藥物管理
國防醫學院藥學系、三軍總醫院臨床藥學部、台灣-海外藥學Networking及美國Advancing Kidney Health through Optimal Medication Management，將聯合舉辦連續兩個半天的免費線上研討會，邀請台灣及美加的藥學及醫學專家們，從不同面向分享與討論如何利用全面性用藥管理(Comprehensive Medication Management) 促進慢性腎臟病患者的健康，包括臨床服務、藥學教育、醫療團隊跨專業合作、健保制度、研究等，以及所面臨的挑戰。對藥學生、各領域的藥師、藥學老師及腎臟病領域的其他醫療專業人員都是絕佳的學習機會！

“2023 Taiwan Kidney Health Symposium: Transforming Medication Management in Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease'' is a free online symposium jointly organized by the School of Pharmacy at National Defense Medical Center, Department of Pharmacy Practice at Tri-Service General Hospital, Taiwan-Oversea Pharmacy Networking, and Advancing Kidney Health Through Optimal Medication Management. Pharmaceutical experts and medical experts from Taiwan, the United States, and Canada will be invited to share and discuss how to use Comprehensive Medication Management to promote the health of patients with chronic kidney disease from different aspects, including clinical services, pharmaceutical education, interdisciplinary cooperation, reimbursement, and research, as well as the challenges and opportunities. This is a rare opportunity to foster professional networking between Taiwan and North America in the field of nephrology pharmacy!
