Short Biography
I am mainly committed to the development of novel nanocarriers and their applications in biomedicine. The main nano-carriers include: polysaccharide nanoparticles, nano-gold, nano-silver, etc. To make medicines utilizatized by organism, my idea is to use the low toxicity, biocompatibility, biodegradability, different charges and high water solubility of natural polymer molecules to make the above-mentioned nanocarriers stable in aqueous solution, and to accelerate the above-mentioned nanocarriers. The research results include: the application of gold nanoparticles in the transportation of cancer targets; and the breakthrough research discoveries of glycan nanospheres in the transportation of proteins and as vaccine adjuvants.
