Research Description
1. Occupational and environmental epidemiology, especially in the field traffic exhaust exposure and health effects, and the joint effects of genetic and environmental factors. Environmental monitoring, especially in the field of particulate matter (PM2.5 and nanoparticle) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) samplings and analyses.
2. Biomarker, especially in the field of biomarker of exposure, e.g. blood lead, urinary 1-hydroxypyrene or 1-hydroxypyrene-glucuronide, oxidative DNA damage (8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine, 8-OHdG), comet assay and lipid peroxidation.
